Humberto contacted me promptly, came to do an estimate, and shortly thereafter I signed a contract which explained the work to be done in each of 6 different areas and the materials and processes for each area. I was encouraged by Humberto’s knowledge and his confidence that his company could meet my needs. The work was just completed during the 2-week period specified. Everything done met or exceeded my expectations. The brick work required painstaking attention to detail, as did the restoration of the flagstone walkways. Oscar arrived early each day and stayed the whole day or later to stay on track. In addition to 3 porches and 2 walkways, the team was able to restore my concrete driveway. Some areas required leveling, which I appreciated. The finished product looks fantastic! The materials used were professional – grade and I expect the repairs will last a long time. I received outstanding value at a price I could afford. I am truly grateful for the work ethic and performance of this company. Many people in my neighborhood have already complimented the work and asked for referrals. I highly recommend this company without reservation and I will definitely use them again.

In addition to all the other services, this company also provides wonderful landscaping support. I am a return customer. I had a drench drain install, with waterproofing, and patio work last year.

This year, I returned to Quality Waterproofing Services to install sod, fill a sunken area with soil and seed. The work began and ended the week of 2 April 2020. Mr. Valencia and his team repaired lawn damage, as explained with competence, ending within the timeline provided.

With the guidance supplied and at the time given the sod has grown beautifully green.

Quality Waterproofing was able to locate and remediate multiple water intrusion issues on several institutional buildings that I manage. They fixed issues that has persisted for years, and accomplished this work in an effective and efficient manner. The costs seemed to be a value compared to previous estimates, and the cleanliness of their work site and professionalism was top notch. Scheduling was handled very well, and work was completed on time. I can’t say enough good thing about them.

QWS waterproofed a reflecting pool that had a leak that was hard to locate. Mr. Valencia’s approach was thoughtful and he took care to minimize my costs. He explained his reasoning well and, in fact, identified the problematic area quickly, and his crew did the work efficiently. The crew took extra care to protect the surrounding areas. Afterwards, they cleaned up not only the problematic area, but the rest of the reflecting pool. If I could add a sixth star, I would!
